Set the vibe for your day with this private in-person meditation. Intended to hold space for either you or a group, this powerful session is the perfect way to settle into your own presence and share energy. I will curate the desired style for our time together whether it's deep and emotive or light and calming. I provide all yoga mats, blankets, candles, and music to set the scene. This is a one hour time slot held anywhere in the Phoenix, Arizona area. I can travel directly to your home or Airbnb, and I lead a maximum of 10 people.
