This virtual meditation is a cost-effective and convenient alternative to an in-person session. After answering a series of questions upon booking, I will curate the right type of meditation for you based on your needs. Please wear comfortable clothing and plan to either sit in a chair or on the floor with a mat. This is a one-on-one, 45 minute meditation session over zoom.
